How is hypnotherapy delivered?
Hypnotherapy is delivered over a small number of weekly, one-hour sessions. The number of sessions depends on the type and severity of the condition being treated. I suggest a guideline of between 6 and 8 weekly session for most conditions.
How much does it cost and how do I pay?
The initial consultation is free of charge so that we can get to know each other and determine the best course of action. Subsequent session cost £90 per hour. Concessions are available for care workers and the elderly. Payments can be made by bank transfer or you can pay by cash or card on the day of the treatment. I’m sorry but I no longer accept cheques.
Does hypnosis work on everyone?
Most clients benefit from the process but there are a small number of people who find it difficult to relax and it can take 2 or 3 sessions before they start to feel the benefits. On the rare occasion where a client fails to benefit from the process, we will discuss an alternative approach.
